TaxWise Online (TWO) Terms of Purchase
Software is licensed under a click-through agreement, to which you must agree at initial login. In addition, Customer agrees that Customer’s use of TaxWise Online (TWO) is governed by the ATX™, TaxWise®, and Payroll Compliance Reporting Standard Software License Agreement located at https://support.taxwise.com/taxna/legal. Except as otherwise stated above, Customer’s purchase is subject to the Refund Policy located at https://support.taxwise.com/taxna/legal.

Software is licensed under a click-through agreement, to which you must agree at installation. In addition, Customer agrees that Customer’s use of TaxWise Desktop (TWD) is governed by the ATX™, TaxWise®, and Payroll Compliance Reporting Standard Software License Agreement located at https://support.taxwise.com/taxna/legal. Customer agrees that Customer’s use of CCH AnswerConnect is governed by CCH AnswerConnect’s License Agreement located at

Customer’s subscription term is dependent on the date of Customer’s purchase:
Date of Purchase (March 10, 2025 – November 30, 2025): The subscription term is from December 1, 2025 to November 30, 2026.
Date of Purchase (December 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026): The subscription term is from the date of purchase set forth on the Order Confirmation to November 30, 2026.

CPELink Terms of Purchase
Customer agrees that Customer’s use of CPE Link is governed by the terms and conditions located at

Customer agrees that Customer’s use of Textellent is governed by Textellent’s Terms of Service located at https://client.textellent.com/service/tos/ws_tos.html.
Customer’s subscription term is dependent on the date of Customer’s purchase:
Date of Purchase (March 10, 2025– November 30, 2025): The subscription term is from the date of purchase set forth on the order confirmation to November 30, 2026.
Date of Purchase (December 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026): The subscription term is from the date of purchase set forth on the Order Confirmation to November 30, 2026.
