CPE Policies
For CPE eligible courses, certificates will only be issued if attendance can be verified. When logging into the session separately, the participant must use its first and last name when entering the meeting. Verification for an MTS session is done via polling questions throughout the course. MTS sessions allow for one attendee for each seat purchased. Additional attendees will be charged at the MTS session rate. Web (1-on-1) and on-site sessions allow for a maximum of 15 attendees in each session. Customer will be billed If there are more than 15 attendees in a session. This charge will be calculated by dividing the price of the session by 15 and each additional attendee will incur that charge. Web-based (1on1) attendance is based on polling questions if the participants are logging into the course separately.
If all participants log in as a group, an attendance sheet may be submitted in lieu of polling questions.
