The CCH Axcess™ Workflow Optimization Advisory helps firms gain greater clarity into how their Workflow is functioning today and where meaningful improvements may exist. A consultant delivers a tailored written assessment with key observations and prioritized recommendations, followed by a collaborative session with firm leadership to review findings, align on priorities, and discuss potential next steps. This approach supports more informed decision-making before pursuing optimization efforts. Through a structured review of site activity and facilitated discussion, the assessment considers areas such as task lifecycle management, preparation and review practices, due date monitoring, recurring processes, and the use of Workflow features and integrations that support firm objectives. Upon completion, firms gain clearer visibility into current Workflow usage, insight into observed strengths and potential areas for consideration, and alignment among leadership on Workflow priorities. Firms may choose to apply the recommendations independently, using the advisory to guide self-directed improvements, or evaluate additional Wolters Kluwer services.
